Canceled order because there accounts receivable can’t track payments and manager does not follow up on emails trying to resolve issues

Contacted me to make sure I wanted inventory from 2 warehouses or was the 2nd warehouse order by mistake. Great follow up to be sure you don’t over bill customer. Waiting for parts arrival. Didn’t expect parts to be shipped this fast. Great job. Thank

if their is a hold up in getting the order out their should be some kind of follow-up email or phone call to get the issue resolved, I had no idea my order wasnt processed and I have a customer satisfaction issue that I needed this part asap for

Dont leave items on ur website that ate not available...

Just make sure stock or items are available for sale when listed on your web page

different shipping options would be nice 2nd or 3rd day options
