When we looked for the part, it was in stock. When I contacted the seller, we were told it was in stock. And then our order had to be cancelled because they didnt have it.

Still waiting on part or any information on the status of order. No other word from company after initial emails. Order still says ‘processing’ after 7 days. A status email or tracking number would be helpful.
